RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Cut Flower Longevity and Quality

With proper care, it is typical for our flowers to last anywhere from 5 – 7 days. Bulb flowers, anywhere from 3-5 days. Different varieties of flowers will last longer than others. 

If you are not satisfied with the longevity or quality of your floral order, please send an email to: hello@laurelsonwhyte.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will require a brief description and a photo of the flowers in question for any credit request or replacement to be considered.

Partial credit may be issued for the value of the stems that have been affected or damaged, not the entire bouquet.

Refunds are issued in the form of an in-store/online credit that is usable for future orders.

Plant Quality/Issues

With proper care and the correct growing environment, you can expect your new plant, planter or terrarium to be enjoyed for a long time.

Unfortunately, all potted plants, planters or terrariums are all FINAL SALE. Once they have left our store, we are unable to exchange or replace them.

Many different plants require varying levels of care. If you require any care instructions on your plant product that you have purchased or received from us, please contact us directly. 

Plants / Flowers and Your Pet

We assume that all recipients or clients accept the responsibility of the pet owner to ensure measures are taken to prevent plants or flowers from being consumed by their pets. If you have any questions regarding safe flowers or plants, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. 

Please be advised all of our fresh flowers & plants are farm grown and not fit for human/pet consumption. Consuming of any flowers or plants is at your own risk. Please contact your veterinarian directly if you suspect your pet has consumed any plants or flowers. 

Non-Perishable Merchandise

Exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All facial or body care products, lip balms, candy/edible items, gift cards and sale or promotional items are FINAL SALE. Used or opened items will not be accepted.

Damaged Product During Delivery

A photo must be sent to hello@laurelsonwhyte.com immediately after delivery receipt (within 24 hours arrival) for credit or replacement requests to be considered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelled orders for delivery or pickup

Cancellation requests must be submitted 24 hours prior to the flowers scheduled delivery or pick up date. The notification must be sent to us via email: hello@laurelsonwhyte.com or phone: 780.431.0738

In-store or online credits or a refund may be issued.
